Yes, both mentor and mentee receive a free congress registration in the year of their mentorship match. No further financial benefits can be claimed. 

Of course you can leave the programme early. Please let EAN and your mentor know as soon as possible. In this case, the free congress registration cannot be claimed. 

If you have the impression that after your first online meeting the match is not suitable, please contact mentorship(at)ean.org for support and a possible solution or new match.

No, the free congress registration can only be claimed in the year of participation in the programme, e.g. if the start of the programme was November 2024, the free congress registration can be claimed for the EAN congress in 2025. 

In this case, please contact mentorship(at)ean.org to find a possible solution or new match. 

After a successful 1-year programme supervised by EAN we encourage the pair to stay in touch if this is acceptable to both, however on a personal basis and not within the EAN Mentorship Programme.
