Public Brain Health Day
Public Brain Health Day at EAN Congress 2025 in Helsinki
Monday, 23 June 2025
The European Academy of Neurology (EAN) together with our Brain Health Mission initiative (launched in 2023) is excited to announce the Public Brain Health Day, taking place on Monday, 23 June 2025, in conjunction with the EAN Congress 2025, in Helsinki, Finland
Open to patients, caretakers, healthcare professionals, non-profit representatives, educators, parents, and anyone with an interest in brain health, the Public Brain Health Day is designed to bring people together to exchange ideas and unite voices, explore and advance the understanding of brain health in an inclusive environment.
The programme will feature sessions led by local experts addressing the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various neurological conditions, including headaches, cognitive impairment, and movement disorders. Practical workshops on mindfulness, music therapy, and dance will complement the discussions, equipping attendees with actionable knowledge and a basic understanding of how to optimise brain health. Simultaneous translation will be available in both Finnish and English.
Public Brain Health Day aims to act as an accessible platform to exchange ideas, foster collaboration, and strengthen awareness of brain health's critical role in the overall well-being. By participating, attendees will contribute to a collective effort to prioritise brain health for a better future.
The Brain Health Day will end with a networking reception, providing an opportunity for speakers, partners and participants to connect and exchange ideas.
