ePoster Area

Located within the Exhibition Area, the ePoster Area offers Congress participants a digital experience for viewing a variety of presentation formats, such as ePresentations, ePosters, and ePoster Virtual. 

Participants can access these formats on digital screens during opening hours, and on-demand access is available outside these hours via the Virtual Congress platform or the Congress App.

• Sunday, 22 June, 09:30 - 17.30 
• Monday, 23 June, 09:30 - 17.30 
• Tuesday, 24 June, 09:30 - 13.30

Each day, up to 14 sessions covering diverse research topics are hosted in the ePoster Area during lunchtime. 
Join these sessions to meet the authors, participate in live Q&As, and gain insights moderated by experts in each field.

1. Find the QR code located on each booth. 
2. Scan the QR code using your phone camera or a QR code scanning app to access audio content related to the session. 

As the ePoster Area can get very busy, you may experience difficulties hearing the presentations without earbuds. We kindly ask participants planning to attend sessions at the ePoster Area to bring a pair of earbuds/earphones.  

In case you forget to bring a pair of earbuds/earphones, EAN Bluetooth Earbuds are available for purchase at the registration desk. 

• Touchscreen Interaction: Use the touchscreen to scroll through the available presentations. Tap on a presentation to view it in full-screen mode. Use pinch-to-zoom or scroll for better visibility. 
• Search Functionality: Utilize the search bar to find specific topics, authors, presentation numbers (EPR-###, EPO-### or EPV-###) or keywords related to the abstracts. 
• Filters: Find presentations by category, presentation time, or author to find relevant content quickly. 

ePosters will also be available throughout the congress for viewing and discussion outside of scheduled sessions.
