Meeting Rooms for the EAN Congress 2025 can be booked from the beginning of February 2025

Thank you for your interest in booking business meeting room(s) at the 11^th Congress of the European Academy of Neurology in Helsinki from 21 - 24 June 2025.
We are happy to assist you in managing your meeting room(s) and will answer all major questions that may arise during the planning. If you need further assistance, our team will support you in your preparation for the EAN Congress 2025. We look forward to working closely with you over the upcoming months to a successful EAN Congress 2025.

There is a limited availability of Meeting Rooms for the Industry at the 11th Congress of the European Academy of Neurology.

Meeting rooms are available from Saturday, 21 June 2025 to Tuesday, 24 June 2025.
All meeting rooms can be used from 08:00 to 20:00h on 21-23 June and from 08:00 to 16:30h on 24 June.

Meeting rooms will be allocated according to the committed sponsorship and exhibition amount at the EAN Congress 2025. Unfortunately, it is not possible to fulfil all our partners’ needs, but please be assured that the allocation will be made very carefully. Thank you for your understanding. 

All Meeting room requests received after the 15th of February are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

It is compulsory to every meeting attendee to be registered for the EAN 2025 Congress in Helsinki. There are no free badges included in meeting rooms. For any requests concerning congress badges or the online registration system, please contact the registration management under registration(at)ean.org.

Permitted Activities:
1. Rooms may be hired for staff briefings, for meetings with associated professionals, such as speakers/ investigators, and for other small, closed (invitation only) meetings.
2. Companies may offer light refreshments for attendees.
3. One rollup with company logo and meeting room number is allowed at the entrance.

Prohibited Activities:
1. Activities such as ‘Meet the Professor’ or ‘Meet the expert’-type events, scientific presentations, educational events, or any similar activity that would detract from the EAN scientific programme or compete with other approved sponsored activities, are expressly forbidden. 
2. Commercial and/or product presentations are not allowed.
3. Promoting these meetings in any form prior to or during the congress is prohibited.

Scientific Business Suites:
Scientific Business Suites are closed rooms and may not be used to exhibit or promote company’s products or to organize activities, such as media briefings, press conferences, Satellite Symposia, or other sessions.
