Presentation Types
Oral Presentation
An oral presentation takes place during an oral session from Saturday to Monday between 15.00 and 18.15 or Tuesday from 08.30 to 10.00. The presentation will be 15 minutes long, with 10 minutes of presentation time and 5 minutes of dicussion with a chairperson.
ePresentation
All ePresentations will take place from Saturday to Monday between 13.30 and 14.15.
An ePresentation will give each presenter the possibility to present his/her work within 5 minutes (3 minutes of presentation time and 2 minutes of discussion with a chairperson) to the attendees in the format of a slide presentation (MS PowerPoint). A chairperson will be present for discussion during the session.
All ePresentations will be available throughout the entire congress, which will allow discussion also outside of the scheduled poster sessions through the poster screens.
ePoster
ePosters will be available throughout the congress in the ePoster area and will be open for discussion and presentation to colleagues.
Important Information
Contributions of presenters that are not registered to the congress OR have not confirmed their presentation any other way will be removed from the programme and the abstract book by
31 May 2021. Please note that this deadline will not be extended.
