• Only MS-PowerPoint presentations in 16:9 format are permitted. 
• Videos can be included.
• QR Codes can be included.

ePresentations/ePosters

• Only material in MS-PowerPoint format in 16:9 format can be accepted.
• Videos can be included.
• QR Codes can be included.
• ePresentations: 2-3 slides
• ePosters: 1-2 slides

Your pre-recorded presentation needs to be recorded using the PowerPoint narration function. Detailed information will be sent to all presenters in due course.
