Registration

1. General Information Before You Register

To be able to register, an individual MyEAN account for each participant is required. The same login data is used to gain access to the virtual platform and virtual interactive participation. You can create a MyEAN account here if you do not have one yet: MyEAN.

Upon payment of the registration fee, the participant will receive a confirmation that his or her registration is complete and effective by email. Payments via bank transfer after 5 June 2024 may not guarantee access to the live congress on 29 June-2 July 2024. Please be aware of this risk!

Do you want to benefit from EAN Individual Member’s registration fees? Use the Membership Finder to find out about your suitable membership and apply today!

Submit your complete membership application via your MyEAN user account and await approval of your membership. Note that this may take up to 10 working/business days. Once approved, you can start your congress registration and benefit from the reduced registration fees.

  15. You will receive your order confirmation after completion of registration.
  16. The invoice will be sent upon receipt of payment.

This group registration type is for the case where your participants/group members do not have a MyEAN account at time of registration. Please note that, eventually, all participants must have a MyEAN account to be successfully registered for the congress.

For this registration method, the order confirmation and invoice will be sent to the registering person.

Two steps are required for this type of group registration: ticket purchase and ticket allocation.

Step 1: Ticket Purchase

To purchase Group tickets, log in to your MyEAN account or create a new account in case you do not have one yet: MyEAN.

  1. Click ‘EVENTS’.
  2. Click ‘Register’ for Congress Helsinki 2024.
  3. Click on the Register Now button.
  4. Review and, if necessary, update your contact information.
  5. Select ‘Group and Third-Party Registration’ if you want to register someone else or a group of participants and enter a unique group name.

  7. Select the ticket type and enter the needed number of tickets.
  8. Decide if you would like to order congress bags for your participants. (Not available for Industry.)
  9. Indicate the preferred option for badge retrieval:
Pre-Print by EAN: Available for onsite tickets and groups consisting of 5 or more participants only. For tickets that are allocated by the deadline (31 May 2024), badges for these tickets will be pre-printed by EAN. A registering person or a pickup person will pick up the badges for the group. Participants who are assigned tickets to after this date will receive a QR code for their own badge printing which can be done at the congress venue. If the group tickets are not allocated by 31 May 2024, access to the congress and venue cannot be permitted/guaranteed.
Onsite Print: Each participant will receive a separate email with QR code and instructions for their own badge printing at the congress venue.
  10. Accept terms and conditions as well as the cancellation terms to finish your registration.
  11. Select your preferred payment method (bank transfer, PayPal or credit card).
  12. Enter the desired billing address. You can either use your main contact information or use an alternative address. If applicable, provide your VAT number.

Step 2: Ticket Allocation (possible only after receipt of payment)

Once the payment status is shown as ‘Paid’, you will be able to allocate tickets to group members. For ticket allocation, make sure your participants have a MyEAN account. You will need their email addresses tied to their accounts for ticket allocation. To proceed with ticket allocation, please log in to your MyEAN account to do so.

  1. Click ‘EVENTS’ and ‘My Registrations’.
  2. Under ‘My Registered Groups’, select the group in question.
  3. Enter your participant’s email address. Two buttons will show up on the side: Reserve and Save. Ticket allocation/email addresses can still be changed when the Reserve button is clicked. Once ticket allocation is finalised and needs no further adjustment, please click 'Save'.
