As a tradition, this career development session will be an onsite only session where interested participants can learn about the EAN Mentorship programme.

The purpose of this workshop is to raise awareness of the importance of utilising mentoring skills and the benefits gained through being in a mentoring relationship.
In this highly interactive workshop, participants will learn the difference between mentoring and tutoring, gain views on first-hand experience by mentors and mentees of the programme and can have active participation in the panel discussion.

Coffee and pastries will be served to welcome all participants and give some networking opportunity.
