Presentation types

An oral presentation takes place during an oral session from Saturday to Monday between 14.45 and 18.15 or Tuesday from 08.30 to 10.00. The presentation will be 15 minutes long, with 10 minutes of presentation time and 5 minutes of dicussion with a chairperson. 

All ePresentations will take place from Saturday to Monday between 13.30 and 14.15.

An ePresentation will give each presenter the possibility to present his/her work within 5 minutes (3 minutes of presentation time and 2 minutes of discussion with a chairperson) to the attendees in the format of a slide presentation (MS PowerPoint). A chairperson will be present for discussion during the session.

All ePresentations will be available throughout the entire congress, which will allow discussion also outside of the scheduled poster sessions through the poster screens.

A presentation in a traditional ePoster session will take place at one of the ePoster sessions on Saturday – Monday 12.30 – 13.15 in the poster area. Presentation time is 2 minutes and there will be space for one minute of discussion with a chairperson, who will be present during the session.

A poster on display will be available throughout the congress on the poster screens and will be open for discussion and presentation to colleagues. However, it will not be included in one of the official poster sessions. 

Contributions of presenters that are not registered to the congress OR have not confirmed their presentation any other way will be removed from the programme and the abstract book by 20 May 2019. Please note that this deadline will not be extended.
